Service Description

This will enable you to dial into and stream the conference live but there will be no two way interaction with the speakers and in person delegates. Please note that AICC members are required to have an active membership in order to access the conference which will be required to book. If your membership has lapsed or you are not a member, the ticket will be invalid for entry. To renew your membership or become a member of the AICC, we recommend purchasing the relevant ticket (Non-member medical or Non-member non medical) and you will receive a year's free AICC membership.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: As you will appreciate, if you do not attend the conference we still incur the costs associated with your attendance. Accordingly we therefore have the following cancellation policy. – Cancellations with more than 60 days notice: No charge. – Cancellations with less than 60 days notice: The full charge. – Non-attendance/last-minute cancellation: You will not be eligible for a refund.
